For OF1-OF10 or labels such as Channel or Dealer Type, first resolve the scoped canonical key with busy_get_dimension_catalog; never guess a label. An optional dimension returns a compact complete-population summary while preserving customer rows. Do not use this for invoice detail, forecasting, or an unverified global territory field.
