State comes from the first scoped BUSY customer address and is a current master-data attribute, not a historical voucher-date geography. Do not use it as a sales-territory scorecard or for region, area, branch, gross profit, collections, retention, penetration, or opportunity value; those facts are unavailable and remain null.
