Detect Material Busy Growth and Decline

Use this when the user asks which legacy entities or configured customer/product-field values had the strongest material numeric increases or decreases between two periods. Resolve configured labels with busy_get_dimension_catalog and use the canonical dimension object; never guess OF1-OF10 meanings. It returns only values active in both periods, applies comparison-base and change thresholds, and ranks growth and decline independently. Use busy_compare_period_performance for complete, new, or lost populations. Company is not an exception-list dimension, and favorability depends on the metric.
