Use this when the user explicitly needs bounded voucher-level purchase or purchase-return audit evidence for one Busy company and financial year. It accepts exact supplier/date/header-centre filters and catalog-resolved supplier dimension_filters that can be reproduced at purchase-header grain. Resolve configurable labels and values with busy_get_dimension_catalog; product fields require busy_get_purchase_register_products. Purchase returns are signed negative, cancelled vouchers are excluded by default, unavailable GST stays null, and allocated_payment_amount is linked bill-reference evidence—not supplier outstanding. Do not fetch this register for rankings, comparisons, or grouped analysis; use busy_purchase_trend_summary or another server-side analytical tool.
