AccMCP

How It Works

From Busy Accounting on your PC to governed answers in ChatGPT, Claude, and your BI dashboards.

Setup, once

  1. Install the sync app

Runs alongside Busy on your Windows PC.

  2. Authorize & select companies

Your organization's token binds the sync to your account; choose which companies to sync.

  3. Governed warehouse & catalogs

Data lands in a private, read-only, row-level-secured warehouse behind metric and dimension catalogs.

  4. Consume via MCP + BI

The same governed data reaches your AI assistant and your BI dashboards, always in sync.

How data freshness works

Sync happens in batches, not real time. Any tool or report can tell you exactly when the source last completed syncing and which voucher was most recently processed by the warehouse — an active sync or final publication state is never inferred.

Frequently asked questions

Is the sync real-time?

No — it runs on a regular schedule. Any tool can show you exactly when data last synced.

Does AccMCP ever write back to Busy?

Never. The entire platform is read-only except two tools that create private, downloadable export files.
