Use this when the user wants to compare current customer-address states on sales, returns, net-sales growth, invoice activity, configurable evidence scores, targets, ranks, or exceptions. State comes from the first scoped BUSY customer address and is a current master-data attribute, not a historical voucher-date geography. Do not use it as a sales-territory scorecard or for region, area, branch, gross profit, collections, retention, penetration, or opportunity value; those facts are unavailable and remain null.
